# 如何解除双挖流动性

1. 导航到Pools下的Double-Dip选项。
2. 如果您的池处于活跃状态，请单击“***Harvest & Undip***”。或者，如果你的池已经结束，向下滚动，你会发现你的池在已结束里面单击**Undip**。
3. 在你的钱包里审查和批准。
4. 重复步骤1-3，直到你所有的头寸都解除双挖。
5. 接下来，您可以使用自动迁移工具(适用于符合条件的池)或将流动性提取到您的钱包中，并探索其他选项，包括手动存入CLAMM池或存入外部保险库提供商。
